Best for long-term projects and retention. Your talent receives:

  • 2 weeks of PTO, paid holidays, and consistent payroll

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance — we pay 50% of the premium

  • Matching 401(k)

  • Tuition assistance

  • Short/Long-Term Disability insurance

  • Mental-health support

  • Still eligible for Quick Pay discount (up to 5%)

Scope & Select a Plan

Tell us the trades, headcount, and timeline. Choose “Payroll Only” for trials/short runs or “Payroll + Full Benefits” for retention.

Onboard Fast

We handle I-9/E-Verify, enrollment steps, and site-specific safety expectations so workers are ready to go quickly. This will include all OSHA related safety training required.

Work & Approvals

You direct day-to-day work. We run payroll, handle taxes, and manage benefits. Approve hours weekly and we will handle the rest!

Need to add hands? No problem. Need to roll off? The exit path is built in. Trial-to-hire options available—just ask.

What’s the difference between the two plans?

35% Markup is “Payroll Only” for up to 90 days, no benefits. 50% Markup includes a full benefits package (PTO, holidays, health/vision/dental with 50% premium contribution, matching 401k, tuition assistance, disability, and mental-health support).

Do both plans qualify for Quick Pay?

 Yes—both plans are Quick Pay eligible (up to 5% discount with early payment).

Who manages the workers day-to-day?

You manage the jobsite, we will handle the back office payroll. All you have to do is approve the employees hours each week and we take it from there!

Can we convert a payrolled worker to our payroll?

Yes- this program is designed to be a trial-before-commitment when that is your goal. Any employee you send to us for payrolling can be converted to your payroll free of charge at any point.
